Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of auraandpine.com (the "Site"), operated by Aura & Pine, a J2 Holdings company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt its operation, scrape content, bypass access controls, or submit false or fraudulent information. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.

All products are sourced through authorized dealer relationships. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate specifications, dimensions, lead times, and warranty information, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will notify you promptly.

Some products may be marked as pending supplier approval or coming soon. These items are not available for purchase until sourcing is confirmed.

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided through our payment processor, Base44 Payments (powered by Wix). Your order is a request to purchase and is not confirmed until payment is approved and the order is accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Most systems ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight, handled by the supplier. Before dispatch, a concierge specialist can help you confirm delivery access and liftgate requirements for your address. Delivery timelines depend on product lead times, supplier inventory, and shipping schedules. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page but are not guaranteed.

Our concierge team provides advisory guidance on product fitment, electrical requirements, footprint, water supply, drain access, and delivery logistics. This guidance is general in nature and is not a substitute for evaluation by a licensed electrician, plumber, contractor, or code official. You are responsible for confirming that your site meets all applicable building codes, permit requirements, and utility specifications before installation.

Warranty coverage for products is provided by the manufacturer, not by Aura & Pine. The warranty term and coverage scope are stated on each product page as "Manufacturer Warranty." Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Aura & Pine will assist in connecting you with the appropriate manufacturer or supplier channel but does not warrant the products itself.

Because our products are large, freight-shipped, and often built to order, returns are limited. Cancellation requests submitted before an order is dispatched to the supplier may be accepted; once a purchase order has been sent to the supplier, cancellation may be subject to supplier restocking and return freight fees. All content on the Site, including text, images, buying guides, lookbooks, and the Aura & Pine brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura & Pine and its affiliates, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura & Pine and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in South Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
